Right now, the wiki page includes:

Join t.me/sanctionedio

Send a message to t.me/not_un in order to be added to an administrative "white-list"

When a suspect claim is found, forward the message(s) to t.me/sanctionedio and the messages will automatically be transferred to a Google spreadsheet.

Would it make sense to include the step when a moderator curates the raw forwards into the template? Then a step when a moderator communicates the templates to lawyers (eg by sending a link or pushing a notice to an email list or the like)?
