remove "view transaction log" link #33

The service it points to is internal only.

A better (though more expensive) option is to have this link only available to 
signed-in staff users.... assuming we plan on maintaining that group.

Yes, the intended behavior here was that link would only show up for staff 
members. I'll just remove it for now.
