License is not GPL as stated on source page #24

I see in the source the license is the berkley style as stated in the
overview. I think this is just a typo in the source page.

The whole of libjingle is currently GPL because of a piece of GPL code in it 
(linphone, 
specifically).  Because examples/call uses that GPL code, it is also GPL.   
However, all of the 
files individually are BSD licensed.  So, if you don't use linphone or 
examples/call, you can treat 
libjingle as BSD.
