NikobusBinding item configurations not unregistered on .items file change #443

When a change is made to the *.items file when openHAB is running, new bindings 
are created for the nikobus items, but the previous ones are not unregistered 
properly.

Please assign this defect to me.

A patch for this bug is attached.  Please apply to the nikobus binding.
