Expanded group in site map / same page rendering of group members

1. Feature Description

The current group feature is great if you want to click the group and expand 
into a sub-page with its members. However if you want to list the members
of more than one group on the same page you have to explicitly list each
item in the site map. My suggestion is to add a new "Group-expanded" keyword
to allow for same page rendering.

2. Example Use Case

One page with several sections (frames) that contain rendered groups instead of 
explicit items.
