Subscription list not updated after uploading JSON file #6

When uploading the subscriptions.json file, the POST simply returns a 204 and the old subscriptions list stays around in the UI, making it look like it hasn't worked. The only way to get the UI to update is to do a page refresh.

@deanylev I don't think this is true, you should get live update to the subscriptions via the websocket

actually I probably reintroduced this with moving it to its own route, might need to be a subroute or something now
