I am requesting another pull request after moving the json to the fb_graph-mock (ie., submitted a separate pull request to that gem).

Hi Ahmed,

Could you kindly add one more mock json for FbGraph::Connection::Offers#offers ? I tried to make offers, but FB didn't allow make them without paying them :(
