[Bug]: Audio latency when playing LPCM->FLAC codec #1185

Problem description

When I playing a video with LPCM->FLAC audiotrack, I have latency which is about 1 sec. Other codecs are playing fine, without issues

Steps to reproduce the issue

Play any video with LPCM->FLAC codec

Expected behavior

No latency

Your phone/tablet/androidTV model

HEC R1 50 S 4K

Operating system version

Android TV 11

Application version and app store

v6.2.70 (Google Play Market)

Additional system information

I'm playing a video from my PC via LAN

Debug logs

No response

Hello, I don't know if this will reassure you...but I had already opened an incident on December 21, 2023 for identical problems! The flac is coming back to the forefront, because of the re-releases of old films in 4K UltraHD Bluray edition. Just for information! Mx Player and Justplayer do the job, there is no image/sound

Torrent is suitable for you?

I have a delay, when I play this video (Japanese audio track) on my TV while files are stored on my PC. Also the video have a little bit of stutterings. When I play it via VLC on the same TV and from the same PC, everything is perfect.

I didn't tried to play it on TV locally.

Je ne sais pas si le codec est lié entre les pistes "flac" et "Dolby Digital 2" 48000 khz (dual mono restauré), mais il y a également un décalage son et image comme sur les pistes flac. Et pas de soucis sur Mx Player et Just Player. Est-ce que c'est les pistes mono qui causent soucis à Nova 🤔

I am on a Nvidia Shield Pro. I also am experiencing audio/video out of sync when playing video with FLAC audio. The problem only happens with FLAC
