[FEAT]: Need HTTP Webserver Directory on NetworkShortcuts #1250

Description

My ISP has local HTTP webserver. I'm coming from Kodi, where I could add the HTTP webserver directory and access the files, left Kodi because of its laggy and slow. Nova has most of all like FTP, SFTP, WebDav etc, but HTTP is like necessary. Many of my country's ISP provides HTTP directory only which contains shows and movies. They do not provide real FTP(named as ftp but its just http), WebDav etc. So adding HTTP WebServer directory protocol would be the best.
