Hdr to Sdr tone mapping #365

Nvidia shield Tv was updated to 8.2. New abiliy gained hdr to sdr. When I try playing hdr videos with Nova on updated Nvidia Shield nova was error and closed.

I have a shield updated to 8.2 and I am trying to reproduce the issue without success. Is there an option to activate SDR to HDR?

Hello. I don't have a Shield but have a HDR to SDR tone mapping issue as well : I use Nova Player on my TV Box Set (Bbox Ultym 4K) and that works perfectly (by far the best player on this device) I tried to play a movie in 4K HDR but as my TV is not HDR, the colors are washed out... Will Nova Player be able to do HDR to SDR tone mapping in a future release ? or is there a hardware question ? Thank you
