[FEAT]: option to automatically delete file after watching #862

Description

It would be nice to have an option in the settings to delete a file after it was marked as watched. It probably needs a buffer time in case it was marked as watched by mistake

That's probably best left to the server.

Well, Nova also plays local files. Hence this option should be available at least for local files.
