10 months ago Actually, maybe it should be kept -- there is no qemu-user on Windows so ostensibly we'll want to test things when running programs at some point. This will need to be done with a plugin that can be dynamically toggled somehow, obviously, because we don't want to be booting with a plugin that dumps full disas.
I forgot that an instrumented VM runs slow and tried to enable SSH-ing to the cloud-img system VM in the Windows workflow...needless to say, that's extremely dumb so all the cloud-init stuff should just be deleted.
