Pure proxy. There is no connection to proxy in wallet from which was created. #1630

Description

When user create pure proxy for wallet_A - it does not appear in delegated authorities tab for that wallet.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to wallet details
  2. Create pure proxy
  3. Wait when it will be done

Expected Behavior

Pure proxy will be added to the Delegated authorities list

Actual Behavior

Delegated authorities list still empty
