Networks. Unending Connecting... state #1668

Description

When get "Abnormal Closure" network connection stuck in "Connecting..." state and won't try to reconnect

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Occurs unexpectedly

Expected Behavior

Try to connect to another node

Actual Behavior

Connecting is stuck

@stepanLav Looks like WsProvider doesn't try to connect to another node
