Governance. Off-chain data source. CORS error for subsquare #2009

Description

When user switch off-chain data source to subscare - that fall down with CORS error

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to settings page
  2. Switch data source to Subsquare
  3. Go to Referenda page

Expected Behavior

Get off-chain data from the subsquare

Actual Behavior

Request fall down with CORS error
