Can't Vote as a second account in multishard wallet

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select multishard wallet with at least two accounts in network
2. Vote as account_A
3. Try to vote as account_B

Expected Behavior

Can voting for as a multishard wallet with many accounts

Actual Behavior

Can't vote as account_B

What has been verified:

• Can vote from another account in multishard wallet via "Revote" ✅
• Shows votes for all account into "My votes" window ❌ Shows the latest vote instead
• Can "Remove vote" for all accounts in multishard wallet ❌ Remove vote is built for the latest voted account
