Multisig. Create multisig. Fee calculation - wrong state when user go forward and then back #2701

Description

When user change pages and networks may be shown wrong fee

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to multisig creation flow
  2. Select Moonbeam
  3. Go to the step 2 page
  4. Return back
  5. Change network to the Polkadot

Expected Behavior

Shows accurate fee

Actual Behavior

Shows 73 thousand DOT for fee
