Multisig. Signatory selection flow. Lost wallets #2711

Description

New approach to select signatory is shown not all wallets.

Old one:

Test data:

wallets.json accounts.json

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to multisig creation flow
  2. Try to select as a signatory different wallets

Expected Behavior

In the list are available:

Actual Behavior

On test accounts only polkadot vault are available
