Client Chooser choosing wrong client version(?) #210

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open an 8.60 client followed by an 8.57 client.
2. Run a program using the client chooser and choose the 8.60 client, which 
should be the second client in the drop-down box. If not, choose the 8.57 
client. Whichever is the second one listed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I tested this using the Smart Update Test app. It recognizes the right client 
version, but I believe it's chosen a different set of addresses, possibly the 
first client version in the drop-down box, in this case 8.57.

The method to recreate this issue is very specific, and probably not a big 
issue since no one else has claimed this to happen.
