Set up Yarn for faster npm installs #42

The npm installs are going really slow, would love to speed those up, and Yarn is a great way to do that, just haven't set it up myself yet.

@jktravis - thanks for taking care of this! I've never used this before, so I didn't realize that it was as simple as this to set up. When I checked out the docs a few weeks ago, I got the impression that there was more to this, but good to see that there is not. Learn something new every day... :)
