Fix regressions in 4.19-novena-wip3 patch set #12

Currently with the 4.19 patch set there's three different issues that are broken in comparison to xobs' 4.4 kernel:

Another regression in the 4.19 patch set is broken SPI DMA. An FPGA bitfile can't be flashed. These pull requests address that issue: https://github.com/novena-next/kernel-patches/pull/1 https://github.com/novena-next/linux/pull/1 https://github.com/novena-next/debian-linux/pull/2

You're welcome! Thanks for keeping this great project going. :)

It's due for a lot more work. Unfortunately I haven't had enough time for it.

My current work on this project is to replace U-Boot with Barebox with mainline support for the Novena, then once that's done build a recovery system for testing.

I would like to start sending patches to mainline Linux sometime this year and finally finish this patchset. It's a long road but it's not forgotten at all.
