NPC still has and plays knight that was trashed, with no cards for resurrecting knights #552

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Play game with knights
2.NPC plays knight
3.Choose to sacrifice your own knight

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expectation is that the knight the NPC played is trashed, as it says in the 
text below, as well as your own knight. But the NPC played the knight again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android 4.0.3
Androminium 4.0.1
HTC Evo 3D, Virgin Mobile

Please provide any additional information below.
In the screen shot, it clearly says the card, that the NPC is currently 
playing, was trashed some turns ago.

This issue is fixed in the current dev build, which you can get here:
