UI does not display properly when Descriptive mode is enabled #579

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.start a new game
2.only 4 cards will be visible in hand
3.if no cards are visible in hand (hand column is blank), touching hand column 
reveals 4 cards.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see 5 car deals, but I only see 4. 4 cards also occupies the 
maximum screen space, so I thought scrolling would get to the 5th, but that 
didn't work either.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Androminion 4.01, Android 4.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.

Phone model is Droid RAZR Max HD.

That's weird.  Can you attach a screenshot?  (Power button + volume down should 
take one.)

I've attached two screenshots below: one is of the usual new game start where 
my hand is blank, and the second is when I tap in that column and my 4 card 
hand (should be 5) is revealed. "All" functions still work normally ( Ex. I 
have 4 coppers and 1 estate in my hand, but I can only see 3 coppers and 1 
estate. Selecting "all" selects all my 4 copper for use ). Please let me know 
if more clarification is needed.

Also, the log is not visible like in simple and classic mode, I am using 
descriptive mode as I am a new player to the game. It'd be nice to see the log 
too so I know what my opponent did. Selecting the help option sometimes 
glitches the log into showing while in a game.

To add on, disabling the "show action bar" setting reveals the log, though it 
covers my hand, as shown in the screenshot below. I am using the "show action 
bar" setting because I have no physical buttons on the front of my phone. It is 
all touch screen.

Ah.  Descriptive mode.  

Yeah, that looks like it could use some improvement.  I don't know very much 
about Descriptive mode, but apparently it doesn't work very well on smaller 
devices.  (Smaller devices being primarily phones, as opposed to tablets).
