Remake Blocked if no possible card to remake into #585

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.start a game with remake
2.buy all duchy and estate
3.remake an estate

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
nothing should be gained. but UI is blocked, and ask me to pick a card.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android 4.3 galaxy nexus.

Please provide any additional information below.
