Playing Doctor causes freeze #603

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Buy doctor early
2. Play it 
3. Often freeze, I think especially when there are not 3 cards in the deck 
(though enough in the discard)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Thanks.  I think r850 fixes this issue, caused by not handling correctly the 
several different options that Doctor makes you pick.
