Walled Village has incorrect logic for allowing topdecking

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play Walled Village and one other action card.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should be given the option to topdeck Walled Village (since you have "this 
and no more than one other Aciton card in play"), but you are only given the 
option if you have played only Walled Village and no other Action cards.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest, Android 4.2.2 on Samsung S4.

Yes, I've also seen this problem, and I saw in the code recently where that 
logic lives.  It should be pretty easy to fix.  I'll do it soon.
