Kill Auto-Rotate for Splash and Startup #624

The splash page and "Start Game" page will both allow for auto rotate which, at 
least in my experience, leads to several aggravating seconds of phone flipping 
while trying to play in bed, or sitting on a toilet.

Is there any benefit to having those two screens not locked?
