IllGottenGains hangs game if bought in first round #632

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Start a game with IllGottenGains. If you try to buy one in the first round and 
the opponent is not yet initiated the game will hang and end. 

This would happen with any card interacting with the opponent before he's 
initiated but I can't think of any other card able to do so before he's 
initiated.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

4.02 with Android 4.2 on a Samsung Galaxy S4.

I was not able to duplicate this using the latest build.
