Trickser runs out of replacements #634

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.use trickser card
2. dump card of e.g. value 2
3. all cards of value 2 in supply are used up

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it should be possible to choose no card now but program waits for choice 
indefinitely

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
adrominion
