No matter how many Dark Ages cards are in setup, possibility of Shetlers is alawys 0% #639

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start a new game.  Select Random, and then "Random Dark Ages"
2. Look at the first box of the game log along the bottom...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In the first box of the game log, part of that will indicate the chances of 
Shelters being used as per the Dominion: Dark Ages rulebook.  This figure is 
ALWAYS 0%.  In this example, all cards are from Dark Ages, so Shelters 
should've been guaranteed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.02 (with Guilds).  Android 4.2.2

Please provide any additional information below.
Platinum-Colony does work correctly.  If you play a game with say, 4 Prosperity 
cards, then there will be a 40% chance of a P/C game.  I've played enough games 
on this version to see them come out at times.  Again, whenever there are 1 or 
more DA cards, it's always 0% for Shelters.

Oh, just to be clear, the odds printed isn't the only thing incorrect, as it's 
impossible to have Shelters in play unless you force that option from the 
settings.

Is there any version available with a fix of this issue. It's working in older 
versions.

chanceForShelters was incorrect because of misspelling
Fixed in r916 (multiplayer).

So to get these changes, do we need to find an updated version with r916 
implemented?  Would that be in the Source tab?
