Cannot Download APK from Google Code Page #641

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit the androminion google code page, not as a member of the project
2. Click on any download link
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Instead of getting the file, you are redirected to a Google error page. The 
google error says access is denied due to network or computer issue (your 
computer or network may be sending automated queries. To protect our users, we 
can't process your request right now), but the error can be reproduced on at 
least three distinct networks and devices, over several days.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
This has been tested on two computers in the same LAN network running Windows 
7, an android device using Sprint's 3G network, and at least one other computer 
from a different geographic region's network. Chrome and Firefox has been 
tested as well without working.

Please provide any additional information below.

Just wanted to add that I can't download the APK either and have tried several 
different methods; if anyone could just send me the latest version in an email 
or let me know when the download works again that'd be appreciated. Also, I 
don't know why this isn't listed as 'high' priority as not being able to 
download the APK is a pretty big deal.

I can't figure out why it keeps going to that page. I posted the information in 
the Project Hosting Google Groups to see if I can get any help.

After numerous emails to Google support, they believe there is a bad proxy 
between the affected users (by IP address) and the Google servers in which case 
there is nothing that can be done to fix the download issue. 

To workaround this problem, I've copied some of the compiled apk files to 
Google Drive and made them available for public download here: 
https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/#folders/0BxMf9NryiCLGYVo4RkYyaFRvbWM

If anyone would like to pursue this issue further, you can pm me and I will 
share the email thread I have with tech support.
