knight trashes a 2 coin card #645

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play knights
2. It hits a silver and trashes it, but because a highway is in play, it only 
costs 2 coins.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It shouldn't trash a 2 coin card.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
