Sir Martin is able to be selected with Bands Of Misfits even if it isn't the top card #646

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play a game with Band Of Misfits and Knights
2. have the computer (Drew in this game) use Band Of Misfits and declare Sir 
Martin even if he's not the top card (Dame Sylvia +$2 in this case)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Turn 19, Drew plays Band Of Misfits and was able to name Sir Martin, even 
though Dame Sylvia was the top card.  While it's possible to name Sir Martin 
via BoM, it can only be done if Sir Martin's the top card.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.02.  Android 4.3 on a Samsung Galaxy s4

Please provide any additional information below.
