recharge tone not playing

 hey i have galaxy ace and have downloaded BI pto but there is a problem...after complete recharge of my complete recharge tone does not plays...plz fix it asap...thanx in advance

Hi.

1) Do other alarms work for you?

2) Does the alarm get triggered at all -- that is, do you see a notification in 
the tray saying that your battery is fully charged, but you just don't hear the 
ringtone, or is it not triggered at all?

3) Are you using "Becomes fully charged" or "Charge rises above... 99%" as your 
alarm.  Some devices, for whatever reason, never register themselves as fully 
charged even when they are at 100% charge level.  If you have a device like 
this, you'll need to do the latter (select "Charge rises above..." then choose 
"99%" for the Threshold).  That way the alarm will go off when you reach 100%.
