Save server state in database

Motivation

• The ability to save the server state after page reload
• Make some relations between entities on server. We can store all data in database from @mswjs/data
• Split main and msw API handles + mock bundles. If we switch app to real API, msw and mocks shouldn't pass inside main bundle. In the future, it can be controlled via a special environment variable.

• [x] Move server state to database in @mswjs/data
• [x] Rewrite API handlers with database
• [x] Split main app bundle and msw modules
• [x] Add persist database in sessionStorage
