Add bower file #66

Hi,

I'm not sure why it is that there's no bower file, but I've done the honour of creating one- let me know if the metadata looks alright. I've tested it against my fork and it seems to work fine. Will need to have a new 0.4.9 tag pushed for it to work properly, and if you guys could do a bower publish then I'd be a happy man :grinning:

Hi,

backbone.iobind was already published and now its repository has to be updated in bower registry. I have commented in big issue of bower https://github.com/bower/bower/issues/120#issuecomment-66512508

As a workaround you can specify dependency as github shortcut noveogroup/backbone.iobind
