  1. Added new handlebar template /allfarmers

  2. Added html route /allfarmers /farmer

  3. Added allfarmer.js handles json return from the api call

  4. Refactored main.handlebars Added script allfarmers.js

Feature: /allfamers will now display farmer name and detail. The "find out more" will go to specific farmer
