Creation of dynamic property nvBeTheme::$addon is deprecated, referer: https:///redaxo/index.php?page=packages&mark=nv_betheme`

Zumindest für das letzt genannte kann ich noch beisteuern:

        $this->addon = rex_addon::get('nv_betheme');
