We need an article on how to use wallet extensions. Also, Andreas notes that 
the API could benefit slightly from use of generics. Finally if all you want to 
do is tag a wallet with a boolean, then the current API makes that overly 
complicated.Whether it's important or not is an open question.

The extensions API has been improved a lot in git master but is still not well 
documented outside of the javadocs.
