Ive seen the final flag.get() assert fail several times in 
WalletTest.exceptionsDoNotBlockAllListeners with

Expected :1
Actual   :0

Haven't/probably dont have time to look into it further.

I never saw this despite running unit tests many, many times since Aug 2013. 
Closing until I can reproduce.
