Wallet to provide a list of unconfirmed tx dependencies #445

This is needed for offline transactions. Without all dependencies, the receiver 
cannot evaluate the risk of accepting a particular pending transaction.

I'd use this for sending a chain of tx via bluetooth and nfc. QR however will 
need to do without - meaning it can only be used for transactions that have all 
their dependencies confirmed already.

(I thought I had filed this already some time ago but could not find it - sorry 
for dupe if that's the case)
