Update to FindBugs 2 #448

The com.google.code.findbugs:jsr305:jar:1.3.9:compile could be updated to 2.0.1.

According to
http://findbugs.sourceforge.net/findbugs2.html
it is faster, more accurate and has more bug pattens.

I use the IntelliJ Inspector these days. With the contract annotations coming 
in IJ13 it will be even more powerful
