Stuck transaction with low fee -- can we deal with it?

The tx in question is 
39f4680b6077261fc2963d7578f9dbe900668b0c0c2641162add02053c538109

If I did the math right, it pays only 0.00001 BTC in fees, but none of the 
outputs is dusty. It should relay, yet isn't visible on the common block 
explorers.

I'm also attaching his log from today so you can see how the tx is broadcasted.
