After HD wallets lands, document wallet encryption #541

We don't have any documentation about the wallet encryption feature at the 
moment. This increases the chances someone uses the code wrong and screws up.

Once HD wallets is done (it changes the API quite a bit), we should write an 
article on how to incorporate wallet encryption into your app.
