IE10 won't work with https #219

noVNC won't start on IE10 with https. It looks like it fails to load some javascript files. When it happens, wsproxy.py leaves messages like:

   handler exception: WSRequestHandler instance has no attribute 'last_code'
   handler exception: WSRequestHandler instance has no attribute 'last_code'
   handler exception: WSRequestHandler instance has no attribute 'last_code'
   handler exception: WSRequestHandler instance has no attribute 'last_code'

I know that this is very old, but just to make sure I tested in IE10 on Windows 7 with https and it works fine now.
