No results for the first 20 bases #132

Hi,

I noticed that whatever the sequence, the first position in the result file is the 21st (even though there is a coverage). Can you explain why?

Hi @DelphIONe - there is no fillter applied to the results. This is most likely related to coverage. Thanks, Eva
