Example unm_example_fast5/mod_example_fast5 can not be mapped to human genome #9

Hi:

I converted the example fast5 data (mod_example_fast5) to fastq format, and mapped to human GRCh38 reference genome. But the resulted BAM file shows that nothing has mapped (BAM file FLAG with 4)
