csquotes option clash #9

Hi there,

this is a really nice template. I appreciate all the work you've put into this. i have a small issue with template though.

i'm trying to use the csquotes package like this:

\usepackage[babel,german=quotes]{csquotes}

and i get the error message:

./main.tex:linenumber:Option clash for package csquotes

when i use csquotes without options it is working fine, but then not showing german quotes which i kind of need ;).

would be awesome if you could help me figure this out.

consider that closed i was working to long and didnt see the already configured package in typographic_settings.tex
