update memacs_ical.org for pip #121

Only the documentation was edited. While I'm fine with installing complementary modules with pip which wasn't mentioned earlier and added, there is no experience running easy_install (which once was mistyped).

Since setuptools still are maintained, I don't know if installing packages with easy_install is this much outdated as mentioned here -- there is some overlap, and some parts where the two differ (brief overview by python.org).
