Add contact info to SMS from bbdb file #127

Actually, I had to learn that +43.... and not 0043.... is the proper format for international phone numbers. I switched all of my contact numbers to the +43... format.

I won't insist on it and am very grateful for your cool contribution! Thanks!

Thanks for integrating this. I actually copied the replacements from https://github.com/novoid/Memacs/blob/master/memacs/sms.py#L127 (and I'm used to using +43 myself)
